Founded by sisters Lucy, Anna and Sophie in 2017, and inspired by happy memories of the exciting parcels their mum would send them in the post, the business was born following their mum’s recovery from a brain tumour. During her recovery, they experienced first-hand how difficult it could be to find personal, comforting gifts that weren’t the usual flowers.

Today, Box of Hugs offers an easy, speedy and thoughtful gifting solution for every occasion. Its Christmas collection brings together festive treats, cosy comforts and keepsakes, with everything from little letterbox surprises to generously filled hampers. Whether it’s a Christmas thank-you, a gift for someone who’s tricky to buy for or a comforting hug for someone missing loved ones, each box is designed to make the recipient feel thought of.

Customers can choose a ready-to-send Christmas gift box or hamper, or build their own box from a wide selection of carefully hand-picked treats, keepsakes and personalised touches. Every gift includes a greeting card with the sender’s personal message. For businesses, Christmas gifts for staff and clients are also available, with bespoke and branded options.

With next working day delivery available when ordering before 12.30pm Monday–Friday, plus a Saturday delivery option, Box of Hugs makes thoughtful gifting simple even when time is short.
