To create this truly unique twist on one of the most charming cocktails ever invented, the Old Fashioned, we start with a base of great Kentucky bourbon. To this we add a splash of oloroso sherry to ramp up the Christmas cheer and create the current flavour experienced in a mince pie. Finally we infuse calvados with Christmas spices, adding a warm apple spice flavour, rounding out this complex yet familiar take on one of our favourite cocktails.
