Shark Diving Experience This gift experience is truly something different, and an amazing way to swim with some sharks in a controlled environment. Skegness Aquarium has a Coral Ocean pool, where you’ll get to swim with blacktip reef sharks and curious zebra sharks. On arrival, you’ll be given an introduction and the timetable for the day. There will then be time to look around the aquarium and enjoy the array of different sea life on show. When it’s time to begin your diving session, you’ll first go to the training pool, where you’ll get to spend some time with baby sharks and go through a training session and briefing. This stage of the experience is perfect for those that haven’t done anything like this before, and helps get you in the right frame of mind for the dive ahead. You really don’t need to worry if you’re a novice, the instructors will get you feeling happy and ready for the main event. Once you’re ready, you’ll dive down into the Coral Ocean exhibit for up to 30 minutes in the water with the beautiful adult sharks. You’ll swim alongside them, amongst shoals of tropical fish and rays! This really is a bucket list experience!
