The blades feature two-way functionality to allow you to grate in both directions. The modular design will ensure can be used directly over a plate or salad bowl without accessories or with the removable food storage box that collects the grated food for later use.

The finger protection will help to process even small foods safely and easily. The grater has been created by Milan-based designers Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez.
